“Ordered the goods at 6am on a Thursday. Heard nothing by Friday so emailed them. First response was I ordered too late for next day delivery (read as 6pm not am). Then couriers said Monday delivery but they attempted to come Saturday lunchtime (on the day contact). Delivery method needs sorting but apart from that ok.”

“Good pricing. Despatch confirmations not reliable - the specified items in a despatch don't always tally and parts of the delivery come days later. Can cause problems and waste time chasing up missing parts.
Some despatches happen next day, some take 3 working days.”
