“Ordered a strip light, but took nearly a week to arrive. I also emailed them twice to enquire about my order, only receiving a response after the second email. However, it was swiftly delivered once dispatched and was well packaged. Apart from the initial wait, I cannot fault the company.”
“I received an email saying that my items had been dispatched and then received another email from DPD, the courier who was supposed to deliver them. Unfortunately, I have not received anything as yet and cannot seem to get through to DPD to find out what's going on.”
“Lights are great work well and dimmable bulbs can be used if preferred.
Waterproof and appear to be holding up well against the British weather.
Recommended buy”
“Very good communication with the company, kept well informed of my order.
Purchase good value for price paid.
Not sure what add on tax was for the purchase in addition to shipping cost.”
“First order with electricalwholesalers4u.com
Ordering online and payment was easy to use and select products.
Shipping was as expected by the courier. Arrived promptly.
Order fulfilment, received an email after I had received the parcel to say that I had one item missing due to stock shortage. Once I had opened the parcel, I had an additional 3 items missing which was frustrating, rang and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, after sending over photographic evidence of the products I had received and the size of the box and explaining what was missing, they dispatched the missing items for next day delivery which was great, overall satisfied with the fulfilment.
Will order again with them.”
“A very nice looking mirror. Easy to fit and assemble (as long as the house wiring has been installed correctly. An electric cable is needed to be fitted to the baxck of this mirror for the lighting and heating element to work.
Compared to other similar mirrors from other suppliers it is very competitively priced. I would recomend this firm to anyone seeking an electric mirror.”
“Advised of delivery day/time, (speedy delivery, packaged well, but…
Not notified of some parts missing until I opened box
Unable to do job this weekend now!!
Nice to know when missing items will arrive so I can program work date”
“Easy ordering process and the alarms arrived quickly.
The only downside is that the six boxes were crushed because the packaging was a layer of bubble wrap in a poly bag.”
“The staff at wholesalers for you are very cautious about getting the delivery to the right place.
They are very helpful willing to help and precise with what they promise.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart....
I look forward to doing more business with you and hopefully we get some discount on big purchases
kindest regards
Atif Radwan from AR electrics and consultancy...”
