“Great service apart from there delivery partner did. Claimed to have tried to deliver the first time but we watch the driver pull up and take a picture of our door and drive off. Then throw the parcel over our side gate into a puddle dispute requesting it be left in greenhouse 7 steps away.”

Unfortunately, I don't like the payment method through Shop, and having to download other links and site information to get invoices etc. These extra companies involved in the sale just supply opportunities for information to be diverted to other sources that could sell details or cause issues directly.”
“No cnfirmation of despatch until c19:00 hrs on the same day as ordering but package arrived via DPD as expected the next day. The shower unit ordered was inspected by the manufacturer (according to the label within the unit) THREE YEARS before our purchase. I'm not sure if this is usual or not. The unit itself is woefully short of power but absolutely no reflecton on the vendor whatsoever.”
