Order fulfilment, received an email after I had received the parcel to say that I had one item missing due to stock shortage. Once I had opened the parcel, I had an additional 3 items missing which was frustrating, rang and spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, after sending over photographic evidence of the products I had received and the size of the box and explaining what was missing, they dispatched the missing items for next day delivery which was great, overall satisfied with the fulfilment.

“Purchase through the website and everything went smoothly delivery was for next working day but when checked on the delivery company DPD it was getting returned. Contacted customer service and spoke to David very nice and helpful reorder everything and I received it next day all except 1 roll of cable that again the delivery company DPD did not deliver but again David sorted it”
