“Still haven't received the goods. Delivery company said we weren't in to deliver despite 3 people being here on each of the days they supposedly delivered. This is the second time this happened. Mentioned this to customer services before. Use the firm if you're not fussed if the items arrive or when they should arrive.”
“Albeit the product arrived quickly, it (a Fire Alarm Panel) was defective on arrival, which can sometimes happen, but as it was a life-safety product I needed an urgent replacement. They refused to send out a replacement the same day, insisting they couldnt without first getting the product back to investigate the issue, or without a returns order from the manufacturer - which I couldn't get as we didn't order the product from the manufacturer. I explained this to the company but got nowhere.
I've now ordered the replacement from another wholesaler instead and am still waiting to recieve a response to my request for returns and refund information for 'Electricalwholesalers4U'
The manufacturer however DID return my earlier call about the issue and getting a returns number, with an apology for the faulty product, as well as offers of assistance going forwards. It was unexpected, but very welcome.
Deeply unimpressive service from electricalwholesalers4u.com, so there won't be any further orders coming from us. Perhaps they could learn a thing or two from the manufacturer about customer service.”
“Good delivery overall; however, I had to return a part due to damage and some downlights that were no longer needed. Since then, I’ve had to chase Electrical Wholesalers 4U for updates, as their communication has been poor.”

“Not the best. Firstly the colour change remote is hit and miss when it comes to operation. But more importantly the tiny amount of flex on the light fitting is ridiculous. By the time you’ve terminated the cable in a connection box there’s not enough length on the flex to point to and just the angle or swivel the fitting in a suitable direction. Very poor & unsatisfactory.”
“Delivery states next day Mon to friday is next day . This isn’t true. I ordered well before closing and it wasn’t delivered . On making g an enquiry was told after 2 it it isn’t so it took longer and then came in 2 different couriers.”

I have order couple of items worth over £250 each order…..
Placed the order and waiting to receive the items..but nothing….I have called them after one week to check the status of my order but they didn’t bother t dispatch the items….and this has happened 2 times on 2 different orders…..
After my call they post it next day delivery it is true but why they don’t post the items when customers place the order?

“I was a bit disappointed when the parcel came. It Took quite long time and 2 boxes out of three were quite squashed and ripped so I was worried about the product inside. See photo below.”
“Be warned returns period is 14 days not 30 (and not simple) so you may get stuck with things if you are not quick! I would not use this site again simple for this reason as I have wasted my money on a light that doesn't match my others and I do not need.”

“I ordered a monitor but a wrong model was delivered. The wrong model was successfully returned as arranged by your company. I am still waiting for the monitor that I have ordered and paid.”
