“Not great. Stuff missing when I checked the box. Shipping say it was in the box, I know it wasn’t. In the meantime I’ve got a job scheduled so I’ll go and buy the missing stuff from a shop. Everything else was fine.
UPDATE: the issue has been resolved in time so need to shop elsewhere. Faith restored.”
“Ordered MCB on the 20th, 6 days later still not seen it, now told it was held up and will be here on Friday or maybe as late as next Tuesday. Cant comment on the item as yet.”
“Good item, terrible courier, useless customer services. The item are great but originally they disappeared during delivery with the courier saying they delivered them when they hadn't. I contacted the courier and complained, but having dealt with couriers before I know they don't pay much attention unless your the sender. So I contacted customer services explaining the situation and asking if they would please put a complaint in to the courier on my behalf aswell. However I recieved an email which read like they hadn't actually properly read my email with them repeating things to me I had already said in my original contact. I replied and asked again if they would be willing to file a complaint for me. I at no point did I asked for my money back due to my items not arriving, or a replacement etc or anything like that.
I never got a response to that email.
3 days later a neighbour found my package on the floor at the other end of the yard I live on. Thankfully everything was safe and unharmed. The items seem good, just wish the experience and customer service had been better.”
“The reading lights delivered were not complete and required an additional back plate. On re-reading the product description this is mentioned but it was not obvious. Now I am facing extra costs which makes the product uncompetitive also with an added delivery fee.
Why is it sold separately in this way and why is there no reminder to purchase the rest of the light when ordering? I think that this is a deliberate ploy to catch out customers in a hurry. Luckily, i found the extra parts at my local Kew electrical shop who could not have been more helpful. Guess what?, I will not be purchasing from Electricalwholesalers4u again!”
“I have only given 2 stares as I replied to an email from EW4U Sales 4 days ago as my order has missing items and extra items sent and I have had no reply regarding this.”
“Dont try and use the delivery tracking app, its a con. Unfortunately I did and had to clear my mobile and regardless adevised my order had been delivered, which it had not. Unfortunately, the service desk was equally poor. Having called about my order not having been delivered, I was advised they would check with the courier and email me a new expected delivery date. Nothing received but the delivery was made the next day. Items were a good price and as described.”
“Still haven't received the goods. Delivery company said we weren't in to deliver despite 3 people being here on each of the days they supposedly delivered. This is the second time this happened. Mentioned this to customer services before. Use the firm if you're not fussed if the items arrive or when they should arrive.”
“Albeit the product arrived quickly, it (a Fire Alarm Panel) was defective on arrival, which can sometimes happen, but as it was a life-safety product I needed an urgent replacement. They refused to send out a replacement the same day, insisting they couldnt without first getting the product back to investigate the issue, or without a returns order from the manufacturer - which I couldn't get as we didn't order the product from the manufacturer. I explained this to the company but got nowhere.
I've now ordered the replacement from another wholesaler instead and am still waiting to recieve a response to my request for returns and refund information for 'Electricalwholesalers4U'
The manufacturer however DID return my earlier call about the issue and getting a returns number, with an apology for the faulty product, as well as offers of assistance going forwards. It was unexpected, but very welcome.
Deeply unimpressive service from electricalwholesalers4u.com, so there won't be any further orders coming from us. Perhaps they could learn a thing or two from the manufacturer about customer service.”
“Good delivery overall; however, I had to return a part due to damage and some downlights that were no longer needed. Since then, I’ve had to chase Electrical Wholesalers 4U for updates, as their communication has been poor.”
“Could not fulfill our order but sent parts which was no good as we could not complete the job with parts missing .No proper communication or updates .Requested they take there goods back and refund ,still waiting on a reply .”
“Not the best. Firstly the colour change remote is hit and miss when it comes to operation. But more importantly the tiny amount of flex on the light fitting is ridiculous. By the time you’ve terminated the cable in a connection box there’s not enough length on the flex to point to and just the angle or swivel the fitting in a suitable direction. Very poor & unsatisfactory.”
“Delivery states next day Mon to friday is next day . This isn’t true. I ordered well before closing and it wasn’t delivered . On making g an enquiry was told after 2 it it isn’t so it took longer and then came in 2 different couriers.”

I have order couple of items worth over £250 each order…..
Placed the order and waiting to receive the items..but nothing….I have called them after one week to check the status of my order but they didn’t bother t dispatch the items….and this has happened 2 times on 2 different orders…..
After my call they post it next day delivery it is true but why they don’t post the items when customers place the order?
Disappointed with delivery …..otherwise items are ok and happy with all”
