“I never received my parcel as DPD left it on the front garden in open view took a picture then either removed it or someone else took it despite me requesting it specifically be placed inside the blue bin literally 6 feet from the door”
“I would put down a 0 star if possible. Placed my order n the 12th of September. Received a DHL tracking number but still not received the parts. Emailed DHL they responded within 3 hours advising they have not received the parts for the supplier. Reached out to Electrical Wholesale 4 times with no response, had to contact my bank to see if I can recoup my money.
Would definitely not recommend.”
“A company I will never use again.Sent me a short dated alarm and nearly a month later I still have no refund even though it has been processed apparently and can't issue a credit note for my accounts.They take ages to answer emails.All I will say is be aware buying from this company”
“Ordered switch disconnect and spreader box. Took a week to notify me you could no longer supply switch disconnect. Sent Crabtree switch disconnect and wylex spreader box. £600 switch was absolutely battered. Looked like it had been thrown down the stairs. Embarrassing.”
“Replaced like for like hard wired alarms and they didn’t communicate with each other, took them out and put the old ones back in and worked fine.
Contacted tech support and was told I have to get an electrician to check the wiring no doubt at my cost.
Will be better using my local screwfix next time.”

So I called to cancel my purchase and was ask far to many times if I want different items
Then finally told it’s cancelled but it will take 5/7 days to get a refund
Rubbish refund can be done over night
So not that impressed”
“It appears that this company is simply acting as a broker and does not actually stock any electrical products themselves.
I placed two very simple orders, yet they shipped them in several separate deliveries. To make matters worse, the final package was sent to the wrong address. They were never responsive, despite my repeated attempts to contact them and resolve the issue. I tried several times to sort this out with their customer service, but unfortunately, nothing was ever resolved”

Wasn’t very apologetic or please to speak to.
