“Appalling! 14 days. Still no product. No refund. The customer service is terrible. Upon contacting 10 + days of no delivery. They said they botched up the delivery, and will send next day. I called electrician accordingly. Called again on the day to be told no delivery sent. They kept my money 14+ days and counting. No clue if and when will I get refund. Raising this with ombudsman abd ny bank now.”

“Wrong items sent, listing on website is misleading. Contacted customer service as pick list including in packaging indicates they packed Item I ordered, they keep saying item is discontinued. It should not be listed on there website as I specifically needed discontinued item. Got nowhere with customer care.”

“Absolute Shambolic customer service. The light I ordered arrived smashed and broken, yet it took over 10 emails to even get an initial response. They then promised to send a replacement out which never arrrived and a month later I am still awaiting the refund. They even have the cheek to insist on deducting postage costs from my refund, even though the goods were broken when delivered. The customer service is truly appalling and I'm only sorry I couldn't give less than a one star review. I will be taking this up with my card company and avoid these people that don't value customers.”
