“Waited over a week for delivery. Emailed twice with no reply. I phoned and was told the parcel had been lost in transit. Fair enough but why no reply to emails ?

“Ordered 47 lights total delivered 2 then couldn't supply rest of lights and refunded me 45 lights, what's the use of 2 lights emailed regarding this got ignored”
“Absolute Shambolic customer service. The light I ordered arrived smashed and broken, yet it took over 10 emails to even get an initial response. They then promised to send a replacement out which never arrrived and a month later I am still awaiting the refund. They even have the cheek to insist on deducting postage costs from my refund, even though the goods were broken when delivered. The customer service is truly appalling and I'm only sorry I couldn't give less than a one star review. I will be taking this up with my card company and avoid these people that don't value customers.”

“I ordered on Thursday night and realised I hadn’t paid for next day delivery. In the morning first thing I did was contact the office to say I will pay extra for Saturday delivery. I needed it Saturday as I had explained to the lady on the phone I was doing the job early Monday morning. Any way it never came on the Saturday so I’m going to have to return. Waste of the £15 for next day delivery. If she couldn’t deliver on the Saturday I said I wanted a refund. I’ll be calling again in the morning.”
“Ordered on Friday with next day delivery. Needed for a job on Tuesday, arrived on Wednesday. Had to buy elsewhere from another wholesaler. Will be returning as not needed now.
Also they don’t reply to emails.”
“Order was sent out incomplete, I called them they said they need to investigate and will call me back, they didn’t. I call back again and am told the same thing. I complained that no one called back and after a few minutes the lady on the phone said items are out of stock. No communication at all and the phone staff are not helpful at all. Don’t recommend.”

“Ordered on Saturday, paying for ‘next day delivery’ - didn’t arrive until 4pm Weds. Tried to return the item and received email saying ‘return approved’ with further info to follow. Nothing followed! Very disappointed.”
“The worst company I've had to deal with in recent years. The photos of the electrical wire I bought in no way match the actual product that was ordered. I was sent the wrong product, and there's no option to return it because it was cut? But I didn’t order such a thing, plus it was even too short! In short, it's a sales joke.
I do not recommend this company under any circumstances. Shopping here is just throwing money down the drain.”
“I have not received my light - the cstomer servoce at the electrical warehouse were great ( real people) but a month after paying for it and not having it delievered - I went to a shop and brought a light. eectricwarehouse need to change their deleivery team Fed EX- who have poor customer service and dreadful AI. I hope that I will get my money back quicker!”
