Absolute Shambolic customer service. The light I ordered arrived smashed and broken, yet it took over 10 emails to even get an initial response. They then promised to send a replacement out which never arrrived and a month later I am still awaiting the refund. They even have the cheek to insist on deducting postage costs from my refund, even though the goods were broken when delivered. The customer service is truly appalling and I'm only sorry I couldn't give less than a one star review. I will be taking this up with my card company and avoid these people that don't value customers.
