“ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS POOR, HAD TO KEEP CALLING THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING, EVENTUALLY GOT A REFUND 2 AND A HALF WEEKS LATER AFTER CONSTANT CHASING”
“I was supplied a used and consumer box along with wrong RCBO INSTEAD OF 6A RCBO I was sent 3 16 A RCBO when I returned I was told that consumer box was sent from our warehouse as we can trace the serial no but RCBO were not sent from our warehouse
So they accused me as if I have bought these RCBO FROM SOME where else and sent it them I have not been refunded for these RCBO”
“I ordered fans and controllers. I phoned to confirm both items were in stock and was told they were and that I would get them in 2 days which would have been fine.
Nothing arrived I phoned and was told there were no controllers and was told it would be weeks before they would be in. As the controllers were the ones that suited the fans this caused me no end of problems.
I still do not have my credit for the controllers.”
“BUYER BEWARE!! FedEx failed to deliver my item, they then shipped it back to electrical wholesalers 4u, who signed for the returned package but, despite non of this being me fault, I am still waiting for my refund. My emails we’re not responded to and on telephoning I was told refunds take 10 working days. What an awful negative shopping experience I have had. Order from another company people, so many selling the same products.”
“Still have not received items despite being told by FedEx that it would arrive before 1140 on 20/07, then by 1800. Sat in all day waiting. Now waiting for arrival on 21/07 as FedEx stated delivery by 1140 again. Still hasn’t arrived. Really annoyed as I have an electrician booked and still no items. As well as sitting around all day as FedEx won’t allow me to change dates or method of delivery.”
“I received emails advising that my package had been delivered by DPD with a reference number. I did not receive the package. The dpd reference tacked as being delivered. I contacted the retailer several times by email on their published email address twice advising of the situation. I have not had a reply to any of the emails.
Absolutely abysmal customer service. I would not deal with this company again.”
