“The item arrived promptly and was well packaged. However, when my plumber tried to fit the heater he found that the sevice valves that came with the heater did not fit. He managed to get around the problem.
I informed electrical wholesalers4u via telephone but they didn't seem interested.
I also emailed them but they have yet to respond.”

“Nothing to comment on regarding your company as such, only the fact you are dealing with a supplier who could not careless about their goods. The lights I bought from you are utter rubbish, I contacted your supplier to complain to them, but to no avail. The lights mechanisms for both timing and range of detection fall very much short of the details shown in the advertising of these lights. When contacting the suppliers they simply told me that the instrustions were generic. They wanted me to pay yet again for the electrician to come and dismantle them, then the cost to me for sending them back to be tested, and then pay said electrician again for putting any lights back up. All they did was quote to me company policy, which is no good to a 75year old widow living by herself. It seems strange to me that these lights are being discontinued after only being in production for 2 years. I would say it is because they are utter rubbish, and that is why they are being discontinued. I am still feeling very angry and feel I have been dealt with very, very poorly. I am having to live with these lights both back and front of my property, not working as was promised in the discription, untill such times I can afford to replace them, which isn't any time soon unfortunately! “The Item dispatched was different than the one shown on the web picture. Eventually I saw a small print in the dispatch note which corresponded to the item I received. As it happened in my particular case the item I received did the job and I decided to keep it but I was a bit annoyed as II would have preferred the item illustrated in the web page even if a bit more expensive. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.”
