No cnfirmation of despatch until c19:00 hrs on the same day as ordering but package arrived via DPD as expected the next day. The shower unit ordered was inspected by the manufacturer (according to the label within the unit) THREE YEARS before our purchase. I'm not sure if this is usual or not. The unit itself is woefully short of power but absolutely no reflecton on the vendor whatsoever.
