I had a problem with the blouse I had purchased. When I got home there was a black mark on it! How it got there is anyone’s guess, as I’d tried it on in the shop and it was perfect. I phoned them and they arranged a return postage, then returned it to me in perfect condition. I can only guess that it picked up the mark when the shop assistant was wrapping it up. Full marks though for their after sales service, I’ll certainly be shopping again at Elizabeth Rose as it’s one of my favourite shops.
