“Best customer service ever. I had a question about a coat I'd purchased, and Michael couldn't have been more helpful. My question was answered quickly and honestly (I queried whether the coat was waterproof), even though it ended with my returning the coat. Having said that, I loved the coat - it was so well-made, superb quality, just wish the fabric had been a bit more rain-proof. Highly recommend this company.”
