“I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, different designs. Delivery was fast and well packaged. However, both pairs were too large for me, so had to be returned. I was pleasantly surprised how quick the refund was with no quibble. Fantastic service, thank you. Will order from you again.”
Thank you for letting us know your experience of an online order, we are pleased to hear that it went well. Just a shame the shoes were too large. We always try to refund a returned order the day we receive it, as long as it is back within our 14 day policy we see no reason to delay.

A shame you had to cancel, thank you for leaving your review. Look at your local Customs thresholds, there may be items you can still order without the high customs charges, for the future.
