Thank you for your review, sorry that you are not finding as much choice as you used to. It is difficult for Helen to cater for all tastes and ages, fit all the stock in our one shop, but still keep it looking fresh. New brands are continually being added as old ones have stopped trading, so hopefully we can still find you something you like. We will always keep Olsen.

“I recently purchased a pair of Cut Loose linen mix trousers from Elizabeth Rose. The colour of the trousers caught my eye, and having already purchased the same brand previously, I felt assured of the quality and tailoring. My package arrived very quickly and was beautifully wrapped in tissue. Full marks for quick dispatch and packaging! The trousers were an excellent fit and the colour as I had expected. Unfortunately, the trousers did not have pockets as described. Although I would never normally purchase trousers without pockets - considering this to be essential - they were such a good fit, I decided this would not be a deal-breaker on this occasion and decided to keep them. I would have given 5 stars had it not been that the description was not completely accurate. Purchased at sale price, they were still quite expensive, but well tailored and a neat fit for linen blend trousers, which is difficult to find, being usually too baggy to look flattering.”

Thank you for letting us know your experience of an online order, we are pleased to hear that it went well. Just a shame the shoes were too large. We always try to refund a returned order the day we receive it, as long as it is back within our 14 day policy we see no reason to delay.

A shame you had to cancel, thank you for leaving your review. Look at your local Customs thresholds, there may be items you can still order without the high customs charges, for the future.
