I am sorry you were disappointed with having to pay custom charges.
We are a small independent boutique and our prices don't include any charge for customs.
Our T&C's for all EU countries are deliveries are sent on DAP terms (Duty Paid by client).

We always dispatch same day but as your order arrived after our dispatch time on a Friday we were unable to get it out until the Monday.
Royal Mail normally take around 3 working days which would have meant it would have arrived on the Wednesday 24th at the earliest (which according to the tracking, it did).
Once again, I am sorry we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
