Oui trousers came beautifully packaged and am looking forward to wearing them once it's cooler as they are slightly heavier than my previous Oui Jeggings bought some years ago. This was my first purchase from ER and I did not see the code for the discount in my inbox until after I had made the payment. I emailed ER to ask if they would still apply the discount and was delighted to receive an email by return to say they would, an example of excellent customer service.
