Delighted with my first shopping experience with Elizabeth Rose. I ordered a jacket which on arrival I felt was too big. On phoning, I spoke to Michael who assured me there was a smaller one in stock which he would put aside until receipt of my return. The transaction was very satisfactory and I am so pleased with the exchange.
