Excellent customer service and products. I saw a video on Instagram and loved the style of the coat. I placed an order online on a Sunday and had a problem (my fault). I contacted them and received an immediate response. They sorted out the problem, which enabled me to proceed with the order and the coat arrived quickly. I am so pleased with my coat.
