The whole process was very slick with my design being turned round for approval really quickly. I was kept informed throughout the production and delivery process by very caring and diligent staff. I had to redirect delivery at the final stage and this too was handled without fuss and the badges arrived on time. The quality of the badges was superb and were a big hit with the recipients. I have no hesitation in recommending Black Rooster. Their service is exceptional.
