After 3 days of taking the product I developed a really bad stomach and spent a 2 days on the toilet with yellow diarrhea. This has never happened before with probiotics but after doing my research I found this can happen for some people, especially if gut dysbiosis is present.
I’m waiting for my stomach to return to normal (still having some issues 4 days later) before I attempt again. I’m hoping this was a one off and I adapt otherwise £55 is a lot of money to waste.
