“I’ve been taking Epetōme for 3 weeks now and wow what a huge difference it’s made to my life so far. After years of struggling badly with acid reflux and being gluten and dairy intolerance I’ve always struggled with having a regular bowel movements with ease, especially after having to give up caffeine because of the acid reflux, but since taking Epetōme I’m back to normal again. “Sadly can’t write a positive review as I paid for the 3 month supply 10 days ago. I was told they were resending my order when I contacted them after waiting 7 days for tracking information and not receiving anything. It’s now been a further three days since I was told they were resending the order and am still yet to receive any information to say they’ve even been dispatched. Sadly won’t be ordering again.”

We have had a look at the communications on this and can see you reached out on Sunday and the support team had arranged a replacement by Tuesday in which this was then delivered on Thursday. We want to apologise for the slight delay in arranging this, our team were enquiring with the delivery company on the status of your original parcel to see if it could be located and still sent to you but in this case it appears your order became lost. Our team are contiuing to work hard on any feedback we receive to ensure we do not have instances like this again as we want to ensure we can get your order to you within our promised time-frame.
