A little bit about why i started this journey. I have had a lactose and food intolerance for many yeas now, taking epetome was my attempt to improve my gut health overall and help me enjoy food again. I've tried many others and nothing seemed to work. However, the results have been incredible and not only do I feel better but im enjoying food again and not having to worry. It has change my body in many ways but from no more bloating is a dream! It's been wonderful and I cannot stop raving about them to other people! Thank you!!

It hasnt been full month but I feel fine, after meals i havent been feeling bloated or heavy.

Ordered 3 months worth after a week course of antibiotics and very impressed so far! Bloating more as this is a rebalancing effect and will settle but been more regular and skin looks great after just a week taking them! Bring on the next few months

I have been taking Epetome for over 3 months now and unfortunately I haven’t noticed any difference or improvement in my gut health or overall health at this stage. I have just received my next 3 months supply and will persevere as I am a big fan of Emma, her authenticity and obvious passion for nutrition.

I'm on my second month of Epetome and I am loving it. It just makes me feel generally more well. I feel less bloated and I have more energy as a result. Great product that I would definitely recommend!

Purchased a 3 month supply of Epetome 11 days ago. Still no update from delivery company. When enquired with Epetome I just received an automated response about how delivery times were longer due to Brexit.. would like more clarity on the situation and an idea when I can expect my supplements

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the lack of updates from the delivery company. We understand how important it is for you to receive your supplements in a timely manner. After a further investigation into what happened here, we can see as your order was going to Ireland, this order was held due to additional custom charges which were required to be paid by the border so your parcel could be released, we disclose these additional charges, which we have no control over on our Policy page for your disclosure. To address your concerns and provide you with a better experience, we are looking into ways to avoid these charges in the near future if we can, however currently they are unavoidable for orders going to Ireland, since we left the EU during Brexit. Your satisfaction is our top priority, Niamh, and we are committed to making things right for you and will continue to work to see what can be done to make this better in the future. Well so far so good. Purchased for my daughter who is suffering awful gut problems . Doctors have been useless so stumbled across these . Only been a week but the difference is already starting to tell .

I've been using Epetome for only a week but all good so far. Arrived quickly, nice packaging although I think from a sustainability perspective too much packaging. I'm really excited to see how this works as suffered for many years from IBS, SIBO and gluten intolerance. I follow Emily on instagram and use one of her recipes almost daily!

Bloating! What bloating! within a few days, the constant bloating i experienced was gone. I am only a week into using the Epetōme but I am starting to feel the benefits.

First months usage. So not 5 stars purely as not enough time has passed. Seem good no side effects, regular bowels now, skin starting to clear. Easy to take and i hope for long term results.

OMG Emily you should be so proud of what you have achieved! From someone who has had IBS all my life, reactions to certain foods (undiagnosed) this has changed my life. I noticed a difference in the first week I did not want to jix anything so I wanted until I completed my first 3 months to write this. I even had food posioning 3 weeks ago and the recovery time has been amazing in my gut functioning well again. I feel better within myself, my skin is better, less headaches and i've not had an IBS since taking this. tablet. I can now eat even the things that used to make me feel unwell before! It's also pretty 😊

I eat really well and generally lead an active and healthy lifestyle. Despite this I’ve struggled with bloating and tummy pains for a long time. Eating out and overindulging can be uncomfortable and I definitely get stress tummy! I’m so glad that I’ve started Epetome. This first week, my tummy has relaxed and I already feel slightly less bloated and only on day 6! Looking forward to see what happens over the next few weeks.
