Took the plunge in ordering 3 months supply after 1. The amazing reviews and 2. My gut not being the best. I already know from previous gut health testing that my gut health is poor so I’m hoping this will help alongside a diverse diet. I’m one week in and am already feeling better in terms of bowl movements (sorry TMI😅) and bloating. Looking forward to seeing how the next 3 months go!
