This seems like a good service. I was between family doctors and wanted a prescription (I have since gotten one and no longer need the service) the questionnaire the had me fill out asked the same questions as by my subsequent family doctor. Initial response was quick, delivery on time. I didn't have any issues or questions so my interactions were limited and I can't speak to general responsiveness. One quibble I do have is that I found out the pharmaceutical I got a script for is covered by my insurance and they never asked me for my insurance information so I ended up paying for it when I shouldn't have had to. It was inexpensive, I wasn't expecting it to be covered, and sometimes you pay for convenience so I'm not upset by that but it's still a mark against the company that they didn’t ask.
