Took forever, received incorrect information about when to expect to arrive which when dealing with a prescription is a big deal
Spoke with a customer service representative named Lisa. She was excellent as well as a supervisor whose name escapes me who likewise was excellent.
Nonetheless, a decision was made to send my package by regular mail as opposed to FedEx. As such, it cost me the weekend without my prescription.
I would give you zero Stars if it weren't for the two positive interactions I did have
