Lately, every time I need a prescription refilled, I end up spending hours dealing with customer service due to constant shipping issues. A few months ago, I asked a simple question about payment and, in response, they paused my entire prescription so I had to go back and forth again just to get it reactivated. Now I’ve run out of pills because of the shipment being lost, and although they’ve finally agreed to reship the lost package, I have no idea when it will arrive. The whole process has been extremely frustrating.
