Without having to interact with any obvious humans (a thing I hate doing) the site helped guide me through putting together my new machine in a very user-friendly manner. It clearly showed what step in the build/test/delivery cycle it was in at all times. And finally, most importantly, my new machine arrived in perfect condition, very well packaged, and is working without any hitches.
