“I bought from Estripe to save myself time building a PC and honestly I couldn't have done a better job myself, the cable management is meticulous! No bloatware either which was pleasing. Packaging and delivery arrived without an issue. Minor stability issues but given the new AM5 platform it's passible. Staff were friendly and helpful when I had to speak to them. Overall, I would highly recommend and would purchase another PC from Estripe.”

“I made a custom pc using Estripe website but didn’t really have much to go on as I based everything on my brothers specs. Was advised by them how to improve things for the same price if not less, so they really know what they are talking about. Would definitely use them again in the future.”

“This is my 2nd PC from Estripe now i would highly recommend they always replied to messages quickly and the system works great. Had a slight issue with it but it was more a windows issue Estripe was quick to help”

“Excellent product, great.choice with an easy to use website. Building up by components gives you complete control over what you’re buying. Compatibility is automatically checked. Alternatively you can just choose one of their own designs. Either way it’s the best way to buy”

“Website is great, no problems there. Got what I think was a pretty good deal for the hardware. ONLY small complaint I have is that the cable management was done almost too well, made it quite difficult to install an extra SATA SSD.”

“Overall poor experience. The PC arrived with damage to the case which was disappointing. It’s not enough to make want to send it back as I want to use the computer and already had to wait a long time for it to arrive, but several pieces of the cases plastic were snapped off on arrival in the box. For the machine itself, I felt the price was reasonable for the kit I ordered, but I’ve been disappointed with the stability so far. With almost no software installed I’ve had several blue screen of deaths and frozen crashes and forced reboots. Not a great sign as this was bought as a high end work station and I’ll be putting it through its paces with demanding productivity software. For a long time Upon my first days of use it wouldn’t even boot up, arriving at a black screen with just a mouse pointer rather than getting to windows. Eventually I had to go into safe mode and uninstalled some windows updates to get it to finally boot up. I hope things improve as I spent a lot on this pc and want to get a lot of life from it.”

“I got a laptop from here and it's great arrived on time no problems what's so ever and the finance option they have with Novuna is great since you can only start paying within a years time. the reason it isn't 5 stars though I had a slight problem with the frame on the screen but they are willing to get it fixed which I'm happy about Would be nice to not have to send back the laptop as soon as I got it but hey nothing is always perfect and I'm sure these mistakes don't happen often. But if you need a pc laptop monitors anything I'd say definitely go to estripe”

“I've had 3 builds from Estripe over the last 5 years and all been super although the keyboard of the laptop I bough started to miss a beat when pressing keys it's still a tough machine after 4 years and I just use external devices with it so it's like its own mini pc.”

“I had issues when I first received the PC due to faulty hardware which was annoying, however their customer service was very helpful and ordered replacement parts which arrived a few days later. Once the new hardware was fitted I still had issues but with the assistance of their customer service it was replaced and the system is working fine.”

“They did a great job in keeping me informed. There was a delay in getting some parts but they sent info on expected arrival times and gave an option with adjusted price and schedule so that was handy to decide which I'd rather do. The computer itself still arrived earlier than they expected and I got updates throughout the process. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.”

“The site is very easy and intuitive to use and I particularly liked the suggestions it gave to optimise the setup. Post ordering the update comms were just right between keeping me posted an not being too intrusive. QC caught and retested an issue with the first build before the PCs were shipped. All-in-all I would highly recommend Estripe.”
