Everything was extremely good, with one exception. My IT consultant was engaged to install my new PC and set up my copy of Office 365, and he found that in order to get going, he had to wade through and disapply an enormous number of foreign versions of the MS software. I fear this will have increased his fees. As it is, I have had a nightmare trying to transfer an enormous amount of data from an old version of Office/Outlook, but that is not your fault. It just doesn't help my mood!

I was not so happy about the lead times and the unclearness of it such as no information about why certain stages have been delayed and more context behind it, I would have liked to have more updates at each stage with if there was an issues or parts missing or anything like that but I kept having to write follow up emails to ask. But other than that I am happy with the build quality of the PC and works great with no issues as of yet.

The build was solid but the build-time was much longer than expected. The system was not sent with the protective foam inside the case.

Computer was well made and well priced. Regular updates throughout construction & delivery period. However, the Windows 11 installation left a lot to be desired; it crashed the whole computer after the first automatic update and could not be rebooted. Telephone support, whilst prompt and courteous, was quite technical and I felt out of my depth trying to follow the recovery instructions and ended up paying for a day's independent support which necessitated a complete re-install of Win 11.

Great PC however it came with a windows issue, where I could not download from the App Store. Had to ring Microsoft and get them to ‘reset’ windows on my brand new pc. It’s all ok now. But was kind of annoying as I had to transfer file over twice.

Pc is perfect great to use only problem is that I’ve already blue screened 6 times in 2 weeks on my old pc I had blue screened once or twice in two years not sure if it’s an issue with how components are fitted or the drivers of some things which I’ve tried to update them all to stop it.

Pc is great... when it's operational. I've had issues with the pc shutting down and glitching not sure if this is an issue with the way it's been overclocked or with the firestorm software that was installed but since buying it i've had different operational issues with it, large and small. If not for the press of work this would have been returned immediatley. Apart from this the general physical build is amazing, the cabelling is neat and the pc is well built, truly a shame that the attention to the running of the pc wasn't given the same treament.

The worst pc i ever had ! Bought i9 with rtx 4090 i can't even play gta5 . All the programs are crushing !!! I have the old pc with rtx 3080 is still working better than this one !

Bought a new gaming PC had great customer service from ordering to delivery.Only 2 issues are to add rgb fans to replace the stock fans I had to place my order then amend it afterwards as an extra.Second issue is it reached me with a fan vibration which was very annoying to the point I add to track it down and fix it, this should have been picked up in testing.

Looks amazing but the cooler is hanging and not straight, the pc keeps randomly turning off and I have to turn it off by the main power switch and back on wait 10 secs kinda thing and then it works, had the pc under a month so not very happy but apart from that everything looks ok oh and I can’t change colour of the RGB fans either

Overall good support service, however I was not quite happy with the performance of the product as I had to return the first laptop as it used to restart on its own quite frequently. Estripe did replace the laptop but the second laptop also has this problem and still dealing with this problem with the support team.

My first pc from estripe lasted 2.5 years then motherboard failed just outside of warranty. They would not repair but said they’d slightly improve warranty if i bought a replacement. I have hought a second pc from them as i like the idea of customization without having to do build myself. However worried by build quality - usb sockets at back move inwards when you insert a cable etc. I guess time will tell but i think the future may be a mainstream pc manufacturer. The online experience was ok - took 12 days one day longer than estimated but seemed to get stuck at certain points of the manufacturing process without explanation. Had to call them up to get it moving again. All a bit of a pain.

From date of order to delivery it took a month. Product works great & looks great. However I'm more disturbed by the reviews of the companies ability to give an excellent service given the price of the items we are purchasing. Any Warranties are only as good as the companies ability to perform & I'm concerned that the reviews might suggest its not as good as it should be.
