Overall poor experience. The PC arrived with damage to the case which was disappointing. It’s not enough to make want to send it back as I want to use the computer and already had to wait a long time for it to arrive, but several pieces of the cases plastic were snapped off on arrival in the box. For the machine itself, I felt the price was reasonable for the kit I ordered, but I’ve been disappointed with the stability so far. With almost no software installed I’ve had several blue screen of deaths and frozen crashes and forced reboots. Not a great sign as this was bought as a high end work station and I’ll be putting it through its paces with demanding productivity software. For a long time Upon my first days of use it wouldn’t even boot up, arriving at a black screen with just a mouse pointer rather than getting to windows. Eventually I had to go into safe mode and uninstalled some windows updates to get it to finally boot up. I hope things improve as I spent a lot on this pc and want to get a lot of life from it.

Was unable to order GPUs with the message "Payment Method Invalid" when I used the card that was valid, they also do not accept American Express. Customer Support brought this up to technical support, but overall not satisfied with the service.

Wrong power cable sent (US) and two of the feet from case where broken (in transit) I fear.......will not be using you ever again and will not be telling my friends and relations to use this company

Price is actually not the problem - the delivery of a non-performing PC is the issue. Customer service is non-existent, and they like to avoid being told the truth. Avoid them like the plague

Rubbush laptop and company, laptop is in for its 3rd repair in as many months, 1 a repeat issue poor communication. Which I could have given 0 stars
