Ask went blank within 10 mins of use. Had to be returned to base with no replacement

I bought a custom built laptop a few years ago and received good service, so was very happy at the time. However, time has proved that the hardware is very flimsy. I've only travelled with it twice, and the first time one of the hinges got damaged (so I keep it open because closes crookedly and I'm nervous it'll get worse), the second time the SD slot stopped working (How on earth could that happen?). I've travelled a LOT with Dell laptops from work and never had a single issue. Quite early on my laptop started overheating if I used it while on charge, so I now only use it on the battery. Have had to replace that, which wasn't cheap. A friend who bought a Estripe laptop at the same time had so many issues with hers (keyboard was one) that she's had to replace it. I'm still using mine and hope it'll last a while yet, but when I come to replace it, I'll choose a more robust brand.

Took longer to dispatch and when I phoned up the guy said would be with me on a certain day booked day off work didn't show took another 3 working days. Got a problem with GPU unfortunately still got it and trying to sort it. Think it's worth just building your own atleast you know parts are brand new and warrantys.

My PC arrived, and after a couple hours of usage, i noticed issues. The RGB or the RAM was freezing, then the cooler, and it locked up my whole PC and had to shut down. This is happening both during games and on basic tasks. I've followed all the tests you have suggested. Still not working. I have been advised to put in for an RMA, which i am currently trying to do but everytime i hit submit it just moves the page up and does nothing so i cant even do that right now. From the moment my PC arrived i have had nothing but problems.

To swap a ram and hard drive a week before "production" has started... When production starts it can take another 3 wks phoned up Number 18 over an hr waiting this time Number 16 just to cancel I could have bought rig and upgrades and using by now ....

Bought a new pc but arrived damaged and they wouldn't accept a return for refund. they sent a replacement pc case for me to change the parts into instead. how would i know how to do that??

The pc arrived and wasn’t working like it should! I spoke to 3 different people at Estripe who all said different things then I found out my GPU wasn’t working as it should even though they stress test the pc before dispatching?? Why dispatch it if it’s not working properly?

Due the Pc being built incorrectly you would like me to pay £35 to get it delivered back to you guys due to your error. You will not put a manager on the phone when requested. Matthew Browen if you could get this sorted that would be great. Another member of staff is also ignoring emails. More than happy to leave more reviews for the poor customer service you guys give. Please remember this is your error not the customers yet the customer is paying the price!!
