Website is great, no problems there. Got what I think was a pretty good deal for the hardware. ONLY small complaint I have is that the cable management was done almost too well, made it quite difficult to install an extra SATA SSD.

I got a laptop from here and it's great arrived on time no problems what's so ever and the finance option they have with Novuna is great since you can only start paying within a years time. the reason it isn't 5 stars though I had a slight problem with the frame on the screen but they are willing to get it fixed which I'm happy about Would be nice to not have to send back the laptop as soon as I got it but hey nothing is always perfect and I'm sure these mistakes don't happen often. But if you need a pc laptop monitors anything I'd say definitely go to estripe

I had issues when I first received the PC due to faulty hardware which was annoying, however their customer service was very helpful and ordered replacement parts which arrived a few days later. Once the new hardware was fitted I still had issues but with the assistance of their customer service it was replaced and the system is working fine.

They did a great job in keeping me informed. There was a delay in getting some parts but they sent info on expected arrival times and gave an option with adjusted price and schedule so that was handy to decide which I'd rather do. The computer itself still arrived earlier than they expected and I got updates throughout the process. It was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

PC was delivered in perfect condition with instructions on how to set up safely. All manuals and info-books included as well as all excess cables for the computer (like cables for connecting more drives). Had an issue a week after receiving the computer where it would not turn on. Called the support line (found on the website) and an engineer walked me through steps to identify the problem (CMOS needed a power reset) and fixed it.

After my computer got delivered I was having issues with getting any inputs to show on my monitors. I went back and forth with the support at estripe several time and they were extremely helpful. They explained different fixes to try and gave me step by step instructions and videos to follow. After I’d tried everything and it still wasn’t working they sent me replacement part that when arrived fixed the problem completely. This whole process including trying all the fixes to receiving the part only took a week and they couldn’t be any more helpful.

Overall the process was great. There are so many selections in which you can choose from. Once ordered though, it would be nice to get for feedback on the order on what testing has been done, and the status of builds. At the mo, it just says completed, without saying any sort of details. But very close to being 5 stars!!!

Computer arrived with all the parts and customer services always helped with changing my order before dispatch and after sale services after dispatch. I had boot up issues with windows and issues detecting the capture card that I had to solve myself.

Pc was well built well packaged in great shape, instructions for first boot were nice and helpful aswell, only reason i dont give 5 stars is because it was unclear in terms of shipping and delivery date at certain points. But overall would reccommend.

Early days yet but the keyboard action is good. Communications before delivery were contradictory leading to confusion as to actual delivery date. Despite the "extensive product testing" advise before despatch, much update of software was required following a fifty-two minutes telephone call to the Company. This COULD have been carried out during the "extensive testing" phase as the software update itself dates from May 2024 . . .

Bought a brand-new desktop from them. One of the panels on the case was damaged in transit. They immediately sent me a replacement panel. PC has been configured wonderfully and works perfectly.

Well built machine, 19 day turnround. Helpful people. The only issue I had was trying to communicate with the builders. This meant explaining to the help desk who then passed it on to the builders but I couldn't see what was passed on. When calling a second or third time I didn't know what if anything of the previous calls the help desk guy could see so had to repeat myself. Other than tis everything was good.

A pretty good experience dealing with the guys at Estripe in general. The PC runs well, but has encountered issues over the past few months about a year after buying the machine. The tech support team are quick to reply and help diagnose. I would recommend them

Computer works fantastically and it was built very well, my only issue is that there seems to be no internal communication, don't ask them for info about how far along your computer is, they won't get back to you.

Took a little longer to test than I expected. About 2 weeks from order to arrive. Liked the whole customization PC website interface, status updates and delivery process emails. Only surprises was the windows licence product key was not in the box and I had to phone up for and this took about 20 minutes of hanging on the phone. Windows 11 is a bit of a nightmare for standard users (children). Works okay as admin user.

The website was really nice and user friendly. Great Tech Support too (Windows wasn't activated, so they helped activate it remotely). I'm very happy with this machine so far. It took about 11 working days to be built and tested. It's much faster than my previous Laptop (Dell XPS). Cheers folks

The ease of use, the variety of options. I like how the website guide us when submitting the order to change cable table or reduce the power of the battery depends on our need. What I didn't like is that after placing the order some pieces became unavailable which slow down the process of getting the pc specially that I'm placing the order through my university. Also, I faced another issue, which is replacing my name inside my website account and on my invoice with another customer name.

My pc came within 1week of me ordering came perfect all my spec that I ordered were in it granted 1of my hard drive wasn’t working but that’s was easy fix as is wasn’t plugged in fully but overall my pc is perfect and I would highly recommend there guys if ur looking to build a gaming pc
