“My pc came within 1week of me ordering came perfect all my spec that I ordered were in it granted 1of my hard drive wasn’t working but that’s was easy fix as is wasn’t plugged in fully but overall my pc is perfect and I would highly recommend there guys if ur looking to build a gaming pc”

“Very happy with computer, the money gets you a quality build without corners cut. Really worth consulting the forum for advice. Excellent communication. Would give 5 stars but struggles with website made it hard to log in to account and I accidentally paid twice (immediately refunded). Recommended!”

“It was extremely easy to configure components for my pc compared to similar sites and it was easy getting help from support for choosing specific parts. The pc had both xmp & resize bar enabled as well as excellent cable management. The only reason It's not 5 stars is because the delivery was advertised as 7 days but it was closer to 2 weeks. Overall it a very positive experience & I would recommend.”

“The PC from EStripe was very well priced and the build time was relatively quick for a custom PC. I would have given 5 stars but when the OC arrived one of the USB ports at the front was faulty. I am sure had I contacted them it would have been resolved but I needed the PC for a job I was working on and if I had to return it for fixing it would have delayed the job. The fault however should have been picked up in testing phase.”

“Bought a new gaming PC had great customer service from ordering to delivery. Only 2 issues are to add rgb fans to replace the stock fans I had to place my order then amend it afterwards as an extra. Second issue is it reached me with a fan vibration which was very annoying to the point I add to track it down and fix it, this should have been picked up in testing.”

“I have to say that the experience has been very positive so far. The PC was dispatched quickly and arrived in good conditions. One of the RAM sticks was faulty and I was sent a replacement within a few days. Definitely recommend.”

“Good website, easy to build a PC and excellent advice pre order, both email and on the phone. My PC though didn't have all the features I specified in the build, eg monitor ports & card readers, but I have got around that with extra cables etc. Also it wasn't easy to order extra peripherals online eg screens as the website is intended mainly for computers.”

“Ordering a pc was easy and helpful comments if you tried to order a modification to configuration which wouldn't work. Very prompt build and delivery. The only issue was that PC wouldn't start, had to open case and push some connections into place. Works well now - hence 4 stars”

“Unfortunately the laptop did not work properly when I first started using it - blue screen of death appearing - and it had to be returned. I received it back after a an incompatible component was replaced. It is now the best computer I have owned.”

“I recently purchased a custom laptop and I'm extremely happy with my experience at Estripe. The product is great, reasonably priced and delivery was faster than expected. The box it came in had plenty of protection to avoid damages in transit. It was easy to customise and the website offered an easy to use chat system for any questions I had. There was a slight issue with a part from an external cooling system I purchased with the laptop, but this was resolved fairly quickly and the customer service representative was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend”

“Quick turn around on two custom laptops. Seems bizarre that they have started sending out laptops without Windows 10 Pro licensed. This seems to be a new thing I think since Windows 11 has been released. Means a little more configuring once we receive the machine. We have previously had repairs carried out on previous orders and the turn around on repairs is much slower than on new orders. This may have been resolved now though as we have not needed a repair for quite a while. Generally a good build and would use again.”

“The build and delivery were really fast. The gaming laptop I ordered is high quality and has no issues so far. The only thing that went wrong was that the liquid cooling device I ordered did not come with a required power adaptor.”

“I was happy with the computer and it met all the specs that I asked for. My problems are not with Estripe but I should have ordered more fans and more memory which I didn't do to save money. The computer is great and I am enjoying it very much. DPD lost my package and it arrived a day late which caused me anxiety. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase”

“Windows was installed weirdly and caused problems when trying to do a fresh install, the front headphone jack works for audio but not microphone. i have not yet fixed the issue but i will be in contact with someone at somepoint but overall amazing product would 100% purchase from estripe again.”

“This is my 2nd purchase from Estripe. Very easy to order, they were a bit long winded to answer the call that I had prior to ordering, but once the order was in it was all straight forward and the PC All in One arrived when they promised I will certainly order from them again Well done Estripe”
