PC was delivered in perfect condition with instructions on how to set up safely. All manuals and info-books included as well as all excess cables for the computer (like cables for connecting more drives).
Had an issue a week after receiving the computer where it would not turn on. Called the support line (found on the website) and an engineer walked me through steps to identify the problem (CMOS needed a power reset) and fixed it.
