The only issue I had was trying to communicate with the builders. This meant explaining to the help desk who then passed it on to the builders but I couldn't see what was passed on. When calling a second or third time I didn't know what if anything of the previous calls the help desk guy could see so had to repeat myself. Other than tis everything was good.
