“Very Helpful. I spoke to well informed staff about some technical specifications that I was unsure about. Everything they advised was correct for my needs. I had a progress report as to the build and delivery schedule. The PC arrived on time and well packed. No problems to report of.”

“Computer works fantastically and it was built very well, my only issue is that there seems to be no internal communication, don't ask them for info about how far along your computer is, they won't get back to you.”

“Despite a few problems with stock and spacing issues in the case I chose, the staff were amazing at helping and solving all the problems. Communication was brilliant and fast. I would recommend to anyone buying a pc to get it from estripe.”

“Great selection of products. Quick and Easy process. Lots of updates. Could not fault them at all. Every step of the way from start to finish was Exceptional. Delivery was exactly when they said and it was well packaged and wrapped. We honestly cannot fault Estripe and we would 100% come back again.”

“The website was really easy to use, it gave lots of pointers on the correct pieces to buy for my PC. After purchase, I received regular updates on the progress of my PC build and order, which was really reassuring as it was a large purchase. PC has arrived and is absolutely perfect, would highly recommend.”

“Overall very happy with my new gaming PC. Works perfectly no problems so far. Fortunately I have not needed to call customer service but I have read some testimonials and feel I’m in very good hands if I need to do so. Would recommend anyone sat on the fence about buying a prebuilt PC. These guys will have you covered.”

“Everything was really great except for one really frustrating thing, I couldnt get Wi-Fi to work. It was late on Saturday, so I couldnt contact you, as you would probably have been able to sort it out, so i was going to phone you on the Mondayl as I thought that it might be a hardware problem. However my son in law who is a bit more techy than me, sorted it, the Drivers for the Wi-Fi motherboard needed to be downloaded. So all is fine now, pity the drivers werent installed in the first place. A good learning curve for me, but otherwise we are really pleased with Estripe especially your communications.”

“Fairly priced with a vast array of customization options which is great. However at times their website can be slightly awkward to navigate occasionally. This however did not retract from the quality of the overall experience. I also greatly appreciate the option of insurance which is also fairly priced.”

“Awesome Support and help by the team. Flawless experience in building the PC, despite me not being super techy. Although the delivery box came a bit beaten, the PC was delivered safely and properly packed. After-sales support was also responsive in answering any queries. I would recommend Estripe to anyone.”
