I contacted the live chat regarding the progress of my computer, I was matched with Josh and he was an absolute credit to the company. He was extremely open to answering questions and was polite throughout the chat. Would recommend.

PC was delivered in perfect condition with instructions on how to set up safely. All manuals and info-books included as well as all excess cables for the computer (like cables for connecting more drives). Had an issue a week after receiving the computer where it would not turn on. Called the support line (found on the website) and an engineer walked me through steps to identify the problem (CMOS needed a power reset) and fixed it.

After my computer got delivered I was having issues with getting any inputs to show on my monitors. I went back and forth with the support at estripe several time and they were extremely helpful. They explained different fixes to try and gave me step by step instructions and videos to follow. After I’d tried everything and it still wasn’t working they sent me replacement part that when arrived fixed the problem completely. This whole process including trying all the fixes to receiving the part only took a week and they couldn’t be any more helpful.

Computer was well made and well priced. Regular updates throughout construction & delivery period. However, the Windows 11 installation left a lot to be desired; it crashed the whole computer after the first automatic update and could not be rebooted. Telephone support, whilst prompt and courteous, was quite technical and I felt out of my depth trying to follow the recovery instructions and ended up paying for a day's independent support which necessitated a complete re-install of Win 11.

I've ordered from them twice in the last six years and have been very impressed with the build, speed, quality and service both times. Nothing bad to say about them.

I customised my computer online and checked for compatibility by the technicians & advised before build, the communication during build up to dispatch was excellent, the excitement on delivery was awesome, easy and quick to set up, all in I’m over the moon with my purchase and would highly recommend Estripe. Purchased a custom-built pc. Website was set out very well which allowed me to find the compoenents I needed / wanted. Customer care was excellent when a part was not available. Emails we sent to me at every stage of the process that explained exactly what was going on with my order. Delivered on the agreed day and with excellent packaging. Delighted with my pc.

This is my 2nd PC bought from Estripe it is an excellent machine. The first lasted 6 years lol so it was a straightforward decision to make. This machine was bought to run Lightrooms and Photoshop both run nicely and quickly. Hopefully I will be back in another 6 years lol

Overall the process was great. There are so many selections in which you can choose from. Once ordered though, it would be nice to get for feedback on the order on what testing has been done, and the status of builds. At the mo, it just says completed, without saying any sort of details. But very close to being 5 stars!!!

I ordered a NUC, keyboard, mouse and monitor. They were all delivered by DHL in one delivery with no problems. The NUC was ordered without an OS, and we had no difficulty installing Linux (Manjaro) on it. I am pleased with my purchase.

Computer arrived with all the parts and customer services always helped with changing my order before dispatch and after sale services after dispatch. I had boot up issues with windows and issues detecting the capture card that I had to solve myself.

Constant updates on my computer build, great interface for requesting delays and sending a message to the courier if you live in a flat. The computer quality is amazing. Definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd high end gaming system I've bought from them. The 1st one has served me well for 7 years with no problems at all. But its too old for Win11 so it had to go before support for Win10 ends; and it has no chance of running Starfield and will struggle with Baldurs Gate 3 so time for a new one. I am again very pleased with the machine they built for me. I was updated all the way with progress and it arrived on time via UPS. Highly recommended

Last used Estripe 5 years ago Recent purchase was Mid-tower PC. Website was easy to use and options for configuration were good quality components. Delivered PC well built and working as expected. Supplied with all relevant cables, fixing.

I bought a custom built laptop a few years ago and received good service, so was very happy at the time. However, time has proved that the hardware is very flimsy. I've only travelled with it twice, and the first time one of the hinges got damaged (so I keep it open because closes crookedly and I'm nervous it'll get worse), the second time the SD slot stopped working (How on earth could that happen?). I've travelled a LOT with Dell laptops from work and never had a single issue. Quite early on my laptop started overheating if I used it while on charge, so I now only use it on the battery. Have had to replace that, which wasn't cheap. A friend who bought a Estripe laptop at the same time had so many issues with hers (keyboard was one) that she's had to replace it. I'm still using mine and hope it'll last a while yet, but when I come to replace it, I'll choose a more robust brand.

So had my custom PC for 2 years now. I've since upgradeded various components and even with that in mind, Estripe has un matched customer service. Even 18 months later, if I bump into an issue, they're always helpful and patient. Really cannot fault this company in any way.
