“Early days yet but the keyboard action is good. Communications before delivery were contradictory leading to confusion as to actual delivery date. Despite the "extensive product testing" advise before despatch, much update of software was required following a fifty-two minutes telephone call to the Company. This COULD have been carried out during the "extensive testing" phase as the software update itself dates from May 2024 . . .”

“This is the second PC I have purchased from Estripe. The building tool is easy to use and also make amendments after you submit. Prices are very competitive and the build is superb. Keep you updated throughout the process, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.”

“Bought a brand-new desktop from them. One of the panels on the case was damaged in transit. They immediately sent me a replacement panel. PC has been configured wonderfully and works perfectly.”

“quick and prompt replies and sorting of any troubles with custom built pc. a bit annoying to get hold of someone on the phone the one time I needed it, but they did see me through troubleshooting to identify and fix the issue once connected. PC is well built and arrived quickly with ordered fastest dispatch and building time.”

“Well built machine, 19 day turnround. Helpful people. The only issue I had was trying to communicate with the builders. This meant explaining to the help desk who then passed it on to the builders but I couldn't see what was passed on. When calling a second or third time I didn't know what if anything of the previous calls the help desk guy could see so had to repeat myself. Other than tis everything was good.”

“A pretty good experience dealing with the guys at Estripe in general. The PC runs well, but has encountered issues over the past few months about a year after buying the machine. The tech support team are quick to reply and help diagnose. I would recommend them”

“Extremely quick and efficient, I ordered a next day PC, got the beauty next day, it was what it said on the tin! The PC is great, and all of the additional support was there if I was to need it! Great company, would highly recommend and I definitely will be using again in the future.”

“The purchasing process was super straight forward and easy. The PC build quality and performance is brilliant. My only complain is that it to 3.5 weeks for my PC to arrive, and when it did one of the feet on the case had snapped off. I have not raised this with Estripe as I don't want to wait another 3.5 weeks for them to replace a case.”

“This is the second time I have bought a laptop from Estripe and the process could not be any easier. You pick your budget, configure your laptop and submit. From then on, you are kept informed of each stage of manufacture and eventual dispatch. The delivery company are on time and also give you a sensible window of time to ensure you'll be there at drop off.”
