The site is easy to navigate, i am not tech savvy really - my son checked what i planned as the laptop was for my YT streaming - it arrive - turned it on and yeah - its everything that i need - have used a BT mouse though, the touch pad seemed to keep locking up - pretty sure its user error though....LOL
