Absolutely terrible service, no recourse when a mistake is made. I paid for and completed an order (with email notice of completion) but never received the product I paid for even after months and months of submitting report tickets and calling eyecart support.
Eyecart took my money and never delivered the product with absolutely no way to fix this by contacting support. I will not ever shop here again if they don't fix this outrageous mistake. I simply can't trust this retailer, eyecart.ca, not to simply take my money without delivering the product.
