I suffer from Dry Eye and use one of their products called Thealoz Duo Eye Drops. I had placed an order that Canada Post misplaced and Eyecart FedEx'd me another order immediately at no extra charge. They just asked me to let them know if iI ever received my original order. I was so pleasantly surprised by their service and honesty that they made me a loyal customer for life! outstanding, where do you see this in businesses today.... nowhere. Bravo Eyecart
