The service is fairly good. The pricing is great. Quality is reliable. My only reservation is that I need to call eyecare for me to know the status of my order. This has happened more than once. Why can't I be informed almost automatically that
1. The order has been received
2. The items are awaiting shipment
3. The items have been shipped
4. The estimated delivery date is....
