The service from Faerly themselves was brilliant! Very quick and efficient and package was completely recyclable! I wasn't so impressed with their choice of delivery company however. DPD not only delivered my parcel to the wrong house but also tossed it over the fence into the wrong house's garden where I couldn't get it because the neighbours were out. Only for the neighbours coming home and bringing it it to me, I wouldn't have gotten my parcel at all
