Faerly are such a pleasure to deal with. In the faceless world of online shopping they add little personal touches here and there that make the experience so much more enjoyable. They are also extremely efficient and good value! I received a voucher for my CO2 returns (which is a great system) but the voucher had run out of date by the time I came to use it. I emailed Faerly over the weekend and received a reply first thing Monday morning with a replacement voucher. Thank you!
