Ordered from Faerly and they contacted me that my item was not in stock so gave me some options and I opted to wait until the item was back in stock as I was in no rush for it. The communication is what stood out for me as great customer service, James was friendly and prompt with updates and this would encourage me to shop again and to tell friends.
