After ordering samples which arrived promptly, I ordered the fireplace online and was contacted immediately to confirm the order and discuss what fire was to be fitted. When told it was a glass fronted high efficiency gas fire, I was immediately informed that the marble back panel would need to be a three piece panel to avoid it cracking. I was kept informed of the time of delivery and arrangements were made to ensure we would be in for the delivery, including ensuring an early morning time slot of 6am to fit with our previously arranged plans. The delivery drover was excellent and delivered the items carefully to the required room. The whole process was friendly and professional, and the quality of the items is excellent. Highly recommended!
