Fantastic product and service! I was interested on a solid oak mantle piece but my fire is not of the standard widths shown on the website. I sent an email to Oak Fire Surrounds with a picture and measurements for further advice. After a conversation with Mick, he confirmed he could make one, bespoke to my measurements, and didn?t charge any extra for this service. The mantle was delivered on the date promised with the plasterboard fixing kit from the website which saved time researching and shopping for the correct items. The delivery man was friendly and helpful, answering my questions and explaining correct fixing. Payment was not required until I had viewed the mantle on the day of delivery. My own carpenter was extremely impressed with the quality and value of the solid oak mantle piece and stated it was a quality piece of furniture, adding character to our lounge. The fixings provided, fixed the mantle firmly to the wall, this has been a problem for us for much lighter items we have attached to our walls in the past but the mantle is not going anywhere. We have received an excellent product from Oak Fire Surrounds and I am most impressed with the quality and service received. 10/10
