It was such a pleasure to find a supplier who was helpful, friendly and puts customer satisfaction top of the list. My fireplace was made and delivered in a couple of weeks, delivery free, and we didn't have to pay a penny until we were happy with it. The instructions were straightforward and even though we are "getting on" managed to put it together ourselves, it looks absolutely beautiful and the first thing people comment on when visiting.
