We had Designer Fireplaces recommended to us by a fireplace fitter. We reviewed the company online and were able to view a range of different fireplace options from their comprehensive and detailed website, both for oak surrounds and marble options. As well as a variety of separate fireplaces and fires, both gas and electric, there were a number of packages with fires and fireplaces sold together at a discounted price. We were impressed by what we saw and preferred the choices available to those advertised on other sites. There were full details given regarding size etc, and when contacting a representative on the telephone, they could not have been more helpful, even sending samples of the marble for the fireplace we were considering buying. They also were able to source and provide an electric fire we had chosen online which was not advertised on their website. When it came to delivery, this was completed on the agreed date and time and no payment was requested until after this and we were completely satisfied. We are delighted with our new fireplace and fire, which makes a tremendous difference to our living room and can highly recommend Designer Fireplaces.
