Having picked out a fireplace on the website I called the company for a little advice on choice of fire/fitting etc. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and very knowledgable about the entire range of products. The fire was made to my specification and looks perfect. Delivery was as promised. Nothing to fault. Delivery was included, but you need someone handy to complete the fit (e.g. assembling the fireplace, connecting to the mains if you have a hidden power supply and notching out the skirting board if you have one) but it all seemed very straightforward. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fireplace that's a step up in quality from a ready assembled one you'd get from a diy store.
