The whole experience of buying our fireplace from Designer Fireplaces was top notch from start to finish. Mick Stanford replied to my initial enquiry immediately and after further enquiries, which were patiently answered the order was made, the fireplace was made within 2 weeks and delivered within 5 days, due to us not being available and a bank holiday, otherwise it would have arrived the following day. The delivery man was also brilliant, he took the old fireplace out and made sure that the new one fit and then took the old one to our garage. I really didn't want to spend an awful lot on a fireplace, we'd completely revamped our living room already, but I definitely don't regret it, the service, the quality is outstanding, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.
