Service was excellent, lots of patience on the phone whilst I talked through the measurements and fire surround delivered much faster than expected. I particularly wanted a wood surround that matched my existing furniture and that is exactly what I got. Particularly liked the laid back attitude towards payment after delivery once satisfied. All in all a very refreshing experience and would highly recommend
